How the process is structured
Each stage is designed to give you a clear deliverable — not just a conversation, but a concrete output you can act on.
Setup Stages
- Discovery call and scope definition — we map your regulatory obligations and identify all data sources involved
- Data source integration — API connections or file-based imports are established and tested
- Report template build — templates are created per framework and reviewed with your compliance lead
- Scheduling and alert configuration — automated runs, escalation paths, and deadline reminders are set
- Parallel testing phase — two full reporting cycles run alongside your existing process for accuracy verification
- Handover and documentation — your team receives full documentation and a walkthrough session
What this covers
Compliance reporting rarely fails because of missing data — it fails because the structure around that data isn't auditable. That's the gap this service addresses directly.
Most compliance teams spend a significant chunk of their week pulling data from three or four different systems, formatting it, and hoping nothing changed since last Tuesday. That process breaks down fast when your regulatory deadlines stack up in the same month.
What gets configured
We connect your existing data sources — HR platforms, financial systems, operational databases — to a central reporting engine. From there, we define your report templates based on the specific frameworks you report against, whether that is SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or something sector-specific.
Scheduling, thresholds, and alert logic are all set up during the engagement. If a data field goes out of range or a required submission window opens, the system flags it before it becomes a problem.
Who handles the technical side
Our configuration team works directly in your environment. We do not hand you a generic template and walk away. The setup includes a testing phase where we run parallel reports alongside your current process so you can verify accuracy before going live.
Realistic timelines
Most setups take four to six weeks depending on how many data sources are involved and how standardized your current records are. Organizations with fragmented data histories should expect the longer end of that range.
After the first automated cycle ran cleanly, our compliance officer said it was the first time she felt genuinely confident going into an audit. — Petra Wollmann, Operations Lead
